The Global Emergency and Catastrophe Scientific Alliance – GECSA is an initiative of the UAE International Emergency and Catastrophe Management Conference and Exhibition – IECM Dubai, committed to the promotion of Emergency and Catastrophe Management through dialogue, networking and global interaction.
As a platform to foster mutual and synergized discussions on various aspects of Emergency and Catastrophe Management , it also aims to encourage the transfer of knowledge and innovation, experiences and promote alliances and partnerships which can positively affect preparedness, resource management effective response.
The alliance gains its strength from its representative members who belong to organisations of various countries, thereby bringing in ideas, experiences, and proficiencies of different regions to the alliance.
I welcome all organizations to contribute with their zeal, expertise and recommendations to make this endeavor and this scientific forum a major contributing factor to Emergency and Catastrophe Management.
